4. Training Programs and Internships:
For training courses, workshops, and internship programs:• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of enrollment, provided the program has not yet started.• Once training materials, course access, or internship resources have been provided, no refunds will be issued.• If a student is unable to continue due to valid reasons, we may offer rescheduling or credit toward future programs, subject to approval.

For AI automation solutions and implementation services:• Payments made for consultation, planning, or implementation phases are non-refundable once the process has started.• If a project is canceled before the implementation phase begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting consultation fees.

6. Digital Products and Resources:
Any downloadable digital products, templates, software tools, or automation scripts sold on our website are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as digital products cannot be returned.
